About Robert Knop

Robert Knop is Managing Director of Anrok GmbH. He has gained his experience in business from three perspectives: from a consultant’s, an investor’s and an operational management perspective. As a consultant, he spent more than six years in strategy consulting at Accenture and carried out various projects for large companies in the telecommunications and financial services industry. At the service provider Zühlke Engineering AG, he built up the “Digital Transformation” division and carried out innovative digitization projects with his team in a wide variety of industries. During his many years of activity in the private equity industry with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, he has been involved as a co-investor in auditing companies in various sectors and has accompanied investment companies in their further development. During this time, he also took operational responsibility as CEO, CMO, CIO and CFO. Finally, Robert Knop is an enthusiastic EFQM assessor and regularly conducts national assessments via the Swiss ESPRIX Foundation and international assessments via the EFQM headquarters in Brussels.

Robert Knop studied business administration at the University of Passau, holds an MBA from California State University Fresno and wrote a doctoral thesis on successful cooperation between companies.
